Who I Am

Hi, I’m Michelle Dahle. I’m a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, and a licensed Public Health Nurse. My mission is to help women navigate the challenges of perimenopause and menopause with confidence and ease.

As a WHNP-C with a specialty in menopause care, my journey in healthcare began with a Psychology degree from UCLA, giving me a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and how menopause impacts every aspect of a woman’s well-being. When I chose to move into nursing, I knew I wanted to focus on women’s health and wellness—one of the most overlooked and underserved areas in medicine.

I am passionate about providing support, strength, and solutions for women experiencing hormonal changes, whether it’s hot flashes, brain fog, weight fluctuations, or just not feeling like yourself anymore. My goal is to bring women back to what life used to feel like—with energy, clarity, and joy.

Beyond my practice, I believe in embracing life’s opportunities and staying active. I love skiing, playing pickleball, hiking, biking, and traveling. I am always seeking new adventures and experiences. I encourage my patients to move, explore, and live fully—at every stage of life.

Let’s work together to create a plan that helps you feel your best and reclaim your vitality.
